Course Content:

- AED Training: Understand how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) effectively in cardiac emergencies, with hands-on practice to build your skills.
- First Aid Basics: Gain knowledge in assessing and managing a variety of common medical emergencies, including cuts, burns, fractures, and allergic reactions.
- Emergency Response Protocols: Develop a clear understanding of how to assess emergencies, activate emergency services, and provide care until professional help arrives.

Lifeguard Training
